We’ve been best friends for over 15 years, which means we’ve seen each other through everything — including our weddings. The only downside? We were so busy managing the day that we didn’t get to fully relax and celebrate our best friend getting married.
So now we are here to do it differently — for you. We don’t just officiate your ceremony — we are your celebrant, master of ceremonies, and behind-the-scenes coordinator, working with every vendor so your bestie can ditch the clipboard, grab a drink, and focus on laughing, celebrating, and soaking up every moment.
Celebrant
The service begins with a relaxed consultation to discuss your day and ensure the right celebrant fit, followed by a second meeting to finalise all legal requirements and thoughtfully curate a ceremony that reflects your story. A bespoke script is crafted to capture your connection, personality, and values, with expert guidance offered for writing personal vows that feel authentic and effortless. A professional PA system and microphone are provided for seamless delivery, all paperwork is handled from start to finish including lodgement, and ongoing support is available via calls and email whenever you need it.
On-the-day Coordination
This service provides full on-the-day coordination, with a behind-the-scenes professional managing every detail and liaising with all your vendors to ensure everything runs seamlessly. From timelines and setups to last-minute adjustments, every element of your celebration is carefully orchestrated. We use our experience to anticipate challenges, communicate with vendors, and keep the day on track, allowing you and your loved ones to relax and enjoy the celebration without worrying about the logistics. We think on our feet, putting out spot fires and ensure everything from the photos to food is how you planned, leaving yourselves and all vendors happy.
Master of Ceremonies
This service includes full Master of Ceremonies support to guide your event seamlessly from start to finish. Every announcement, introduction, and timing detail is handled with style and professionalism, so your friends and family can kick back, relax, and actually enjoy the night. With expert coordination behind the scenes, the celebration flows effortlessly, leaving you free to soak up every moment.
